Do you find yourself wishing you had more time in your day, time for
yourself, time to catch your breath on all the things you meant to do for
yourself, but don't? If so, come join us at the 3rd annual
Women's Health Retreat at Camp Robin Hood. This weekend is just
the antidote you need to put your life back in BALANCE.
Our theme for 2014 is PLAY. We will enjoy
activities, cook together, rap and play all weekend long. This weekend will
be a check-up for your mind, body and soul.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be delicious and healthy.
Vegetarian and vegan options will be plentiful.
Professional masseuses will be on-hand (no pun intended) for hire
in 30 or 60 minute increments. Sign ups will be available after your
registration is received.

In addition to your clothes and toiletries, we recommend you bring the
Sleeping bag (If you cannot bring a sleeping bag, email
will provide pillows and pillow cases)
shower caddy with shampoo/soap
swim suit and/or wetsuit
hiking shoes (sneakers will be fine)
workout clothes for hiking, running, walking, spinning, yoga
pants/sweatshirt for outdoor evening activities
tennis racquet (we have some at camp)
hybrid/mountain bike, if driving (we have 16 at camp)
goggles and flippers (if you use them)
If you are planning on flying to attend the BREATHE retreat and would like
a ride to and from Camp Robin Hood, you will need to arrive/depart
into/from one of the local airports (BOS or MHT) by certain times
Thursday and Sunday. We will post suggested flight times in June of
2014, if not sooner.
The retreat will begin with dinner on
Thursday and conclude with breakfast on Sunday, served at 8:30 am. You
are welcome to arrive in the afternoon on Thursday to get settled. Sign
up for all activities will occur each evening for the following day.
