*Tuition Notes
- Tuition includes laundry and medications regularly carried in our
Infirmary.
- Tuition does not include transportation to and from camp, linens,
and horseback riding which are billed separately. More information on
each of these options will be sent separately.
- Out-of-camp medical services and special prescriptions are not
included in the tuition, and will be charged to the credit card on file at time expense is incurred.
- Every family is required to have a credit card on file. Out of camp
expenses (i.e. prescriptions, special birthday requests) will be charged
to the credit card at the time costs are incurred.
Out-of-Camp Trip Fees:
- Rookie/First Session/Full Session:
- Junior Campers: $100/$200/$300
- Yeomen/Quills: $100/$250/$400
- Lancer/Arrows: $100/$300/$400
- Friars/Bards: $100/$300/$500
- Foresters/Shires: $100/$400/$600
- Saxons/Scribes: --/$400/$600
Discount & Payment Notes
- A $2,000 deposit is due for Full and First Session; a $1,500 deposit
is due for Rookie Camp.
- For deposits received by October 1, 2011, there will be a tuition
discount of $500 for Full Session, $400 for First Session, $300 for
Rookie Camp.
- Sibling discounts are 10% for 2nd child and 15% for 3rd child.
Sibling discounts are only applicable if at least one of the campers is
enrolled for Full Session.
- Early bird discounts cannot be applied if sibling discounts apply.
- Early bird and sibling discounts do not apply to Saxon and Scribe
tuition.
- Tuition can be refunded (less a $100 processing fee) until April 1,
2012, after which time tuition is non-refundable.
- No prorations.
- 50% of balance due March 1, 2012. Final balance due May 1, 2012.
