Alumni Reunion Weekend:
From softball to waterskiing, to cookouts and campfires, we invite alumni back to the Realm to relive their camp memories with old friends. Rooms will be blocked at area lodgings, and transportation will be coordinated. Stay tuned for details to come, but in the meantime we do hope you will save the dates!

• New Discount! If deposit is received by October 1, 2010, tuition will be discounted $500. Discount does not apply to Saxon/Scribe tuition.
• Tuition includes laundry and medications regularly carried in our Infirmary.
• No prorations.
• There is an additional Out-of-Camp Activities fee for all campers.
• Tuition does not include transportation to and from camp, linens, and horseback riding which are billed separately. More information on each of these options will be sent separately.
• Out-of-camp medical services and special prescriptions are not included in the tuition, and will be charged to the credit card on file at time expense is incurred.
• Every family is required to have a credit card on file. Out of camp expenses (i.e. prescriptions, special birthday requests) will be charged to the credit card at the time costs are incurred.

Discounts

• Saxon and Scribe tuition is $4,650.
• Full-session sibling discount: 10% discount for 2nd child, 15% discount for 3rd child.

Payment Schedule

• $2,500 deposit (includes $100 non-refundable application fee) to accompany enrollment for Rookie Campers.
• $3,000 deposit (includes $100 non-refundable application fee) to accompany enrollment for First or Full-Session Campers.
• Balance due May 15, 2011.
