ski instructor. Tyler comes to Freedom, New Hampshire from Colorado
where he will be graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder
(DC’s old stomping ground!). Tyler enjoys all sports, particularly
spinning, snow skiing, surfing and diving. "I am thrilled to be back

carpenter at home and hopes to teach the campers the tricks of his
trade. He enjoys playing soccer, snooker and darts in his spare time
and supporting Liverpool football club. This will be Williams first
year in The Realm and he can't wait to work with the campers and compete
in Color War. |

Ewan Baird

Ewan
has just finished secondary school and will be starting his BEng
degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering when he returns
home to Scotland in September. Ewan is an internationally certified
skipper and powerboat driver and worked last summer as a deckhand on
a 115ft yacht in Croatia. Ewan currently works as a lifeguard at his
local pool and in an outdoor clothing store. His other hobbies
besides sailing are snowboarding, kayaking, rock climbing and
playing drums with his band. Having
enjoyed camp life himself in France, Ewan is really excited about working
at Robin Hood. |

Alan is from England and was born in a small town called
Weston-super-Mare. Alan is now an undergraduate student at Cardiff
University studying Sociology. "I am in charge of Mountain
Biking this summer and am very passionate about this activity. With
years of experience I am looking forward to sharing my skill and
expertise with the campers throughout the summer. This will be my
first year at 'The Realm' so I will be new to it all. I am very much
looking forward to a fun and exciting summer!" |

Hood. Simon is from Liverpool in England and is currently studying

Allison Burck

Allison is from Cleveland, OH. After completing her bachelor's degree at the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, Allison has been
working on her Master's and Ph. D. in
Clinical Psychology at Case Western Reserve University. Allison is studying to work with children and adolescents,
especially those who suffer from anxiety disorders. In her (limited) free time, Allison spends time with friends
and family, relaxes, enjoys Cleveland and works some more.
"I'm excited to go to camp because I enjoy working with
kids, hanging out in the woods and not doing my academic work.
It's going to be fun to take a break from my program to just
enjoy life." |

Mary is from Detroit, Michigan and is studying Religious Studies and
Spanish at John Carroll University in Cleveland. Mary's interests
include swimming, sailing and playing the piano as well as being a
massive Cleveland Cavaliers fan. Mary shares, "I am looking forward to
having a great summer sailing with the kids, and making new friends in
The Realm." |

Tom is originally from Hymera, Indiana, but he calls Washington DC
home at the moment. Tom has traveled the world extensively,
spending two years living in the Middle East as well as hiking
across the United States twice, once along the Appalachian Trail
(Georgia to Maine) and once along the Pacific Crest trail (Mexico to
Canada). Tom graduated from Indiana State University with a
bachelors in Political Science last year, and will probably be
heading to law school next year. "I really enjoy rock
climbing, mountaineering, and backpacking." |

Sam
lives in Great Neck, New York and will be a senior at Great Neck
South High School this coming semester. He currently studies jazz
guitar, plays in the high school's jazz band, and is on the Great
Neck Golf Team. Sam also volunteers at the North Shore Animal League
during the weekends. Sam has been a camper at Robin Hood for 6 years
and this will be his first year on staff. He is looking forward to
being with his campers and teaching baseball. |

Adam is from Glasgow, Scotland. He just finished his 2nd year at the
University of Strathclyde, studying Product Design Engineering.

Liz Fletcher

Liz Fletcher just finished her 3rd year at Sheffield Hallam
University where she is studying to be a teacher. She moved to
Sheffield from a small town called Kendal in the Lake District.
Liz loves horses and riding so she is excited to be working with the
horses at Robin Hood! While Liz has never had her own horse,
she spends all her free time working at various stables and looking
after other people's horses. Liz also enjoys going to the gym,
meeting new people, drawing, swimming and having a lot of fun with
her friends. "This summer, I am really excited about meeting
new people, making new friends, and helping everyone to have a great
time!" |

Gill is from Manchester, England. She is studying psychology at The University
of Liverpool and is interested in travel, photography, music, arts
and psychology. This is Emma's first year at Camp Robin Hood
and is very excited to be part of the team. |

Jonathan Gordon
Baseball
Jonathan is coaching baseball this summer. He is from Shaker Hts.,
Ohio. He comes to Robin Hood along with his wife, Paula Klausner, one
of the camp nurses, and his two sons, Gabriel and Benjamin. (Gabe is a
Squire, and Ben's a Yeoman.) Jonathan played sports and coached at
sports camp when he was younger, went to college and law school at
Columbia University, practiced law for a number of years before
becoming a law professor at Case Western Reserve University School of
Law in Cleveland. Along the way Jonathan played for the United States
Men's Fastpitch Softball Team at the World Maccabiah Games in Israel.
The United States team won the gold medal. Jonathan says that "winning
was exciting, but the Games were most memorable because of the
opportunity to meet many interesting people from around the world." He
adds, "I fully expect Robin Hood to be memorable for that very same
reason because there will be a great staff and a wonderful group of
kids from all over. I hope everyone develops lasting friendships and
enjoys a very positive camp experience." |

Henry Harper

Henry Harper is from Ashburton, New Zealand, and this is his first
summer in The Realm. Henry loves sports and plays anything he can.
"This will be my first time outside of the southern hemisphere
and I can't wait for an awesome time at Robin Hood!" |

Bethany Hartley

Bethany is currently a senior at Loyola University of Chicago where
she studies International Business and French. While at camp, Bethany
will be working in the office as she has done for the past two years,
and says she looks forward to talking to all the great parents and
getting to know all the kids! Bethany is originally from Edwardsburg,
MI but between work, school, and traveling she rarely spends time at
home. |

Dudley is a self-employed carpenter from England, and this is his
first summer in The Realm. This will be Dudley's first year at Camp
Robin Hood. "I hope this will be the first of many years at The Realm,
and I am looking forward to getting my hands on the woodshop, and
passing my knowledge of woodwork onto the kids at camp." Dudley also
enjoys playing the guitar, socializing with friends and traveling. |

Allison Hupp

Allison Hupp is a dancer/choreographer and a recent graduate of
Indiana University. Choreography credits include Once On
This Island (IU Union Board), Jesus Christ Superstar (Hoosier
Independent Theatre), Sweet Charity (Dunes Summer Theatre), Pirates
of Penzance (Dunes Summer Theatre), and numerous show choirs
including the IU Singing Hoosiers. Allison currently resides
in Port St. Lucie, FL where she is an instructor at the MTI training
program: Starstruck Performing Arts Center. "This
summer, I hope to enhance Camp Robin Hood's musical theatre program
through encouraging campers to become involved by offering a variety
of opportunities. Campers can take part in not only singing
and dancing, but also improvisational acting, learning about
composers and different musical theatre dance styles, professional
audition dos and don'ts, and how to put on a cabaret performance.
That is not including the 'big show,' which will provide
an example of how a production is developed from start to finish.
I hope to inspire campers to experience something new or refine
their skills, and instill a love of musical theatre that will last
forever." |

Sam Jonas

Sam Jonas is from Northampton, Massachusetts. Come fall, he is
going to be a senior at the Williston Northampton School in western
Massachusetts. This past year, Sam was number one on the varsity tennis
team, and the team finished 9-4 overall. Sam is currently focused on
applying to schools such as University of Michigan, Temple University,
and University of Minnesota. He plans to major in Sports Management
and aspires to work one day for the Green Bay Packers. "I could
not be more excited for this upcoming summer, and I plan to help each
and every kid reach his or her greatest potential within the game of
tennis." |

Samantha Kadis

Samantha Kadis is from Moreland Hills, Ohio and currently attends
Hawken School where she will be a senior this coming fall. She plays
varsity tennis and lacrosse for her school and also enjoys skiing,
swimming and wakeboarding. She loves to travel and spend time with
her family. "I can't wait to be a counselor this summer
and have the chance to make each camper's experience as meaningful
as mine has been." This will be Samantha's eighth summer in The
Realm. |

J'aime is
from sunny Glasgow (in Scotland), and is studying Sports
Coaching and Development of Sport at the Glasgow Metropolitan
College. This is J'aime's first summer at Robin Hood.
"I'm very excited to coach Gymnastics at CRH! My hobbies include
Body Combat classes, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Skiing and Netball.
I also enjoy visiting with family and spending time with friends." |

Roya Khadem

This is Roya's first time in America as she will be traveling to
Robin Hood from England. Roya has been dancing since she could
walk, and thoroughly enjoys teaching dance to children. Roya studied
dance at Preston Dance College for three years, and after graduating
she choreographed and performed in shows, carnivals and taught in
schools in and around the North West of England. When Roya
returns to England, she will return to college to earn a
Diploma in Counseling for the British Association in Counseling and
Psychotherapy. "I cannot wait to get to know everyone and
meet all the campers! I am so thankful for this wonderful
opportunity as I know it's going to be the best summer EVER!" |

Antonia is a psychology student from the UK. Having sold her
own horses at 16, she now loves to volunteer at her local stables
and spend time with kids at pony club events. When Antonia is
not around horses, she loves to travel, listen to music, go to the
movies and relax with her friends. |

Amy Linden
Drama
Amy Linden recently graduated with degrees in Voice and Theatre from
Indiana University. While at IU, Amy appeared in leading roles
in Falsettos, Bat Boy the Musical, Pal Joey and The
Alien from Cincinnati, as well as featured roles in Sweet
Charity, Sweeney Todd and Chess. Amy was also a
four-year member of the Singing Hoosiers, a featured as a soloist
and dancer, and a two-time recipient of NSAL Musical Theatre Awards.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Amy made her stage debut at the
age of 9, and went on to play leading roles in Gypsy,
Once On This Island, The Wizard of Oz and Into the Woods.
Amy began musical directing during her high school years, and during
her consistent work as a musical director has literally worked with
all ages on such productions as West Side Story, The Last Five
Years, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Songs for a New World,
School House Rock Rocks!, Joseph & The Technicolor Dreamcoat,
Starmites, Seussical, Saturday Night Fever, and, most recently, Side
Show and the Indiana University Broadway Cabaret. Amy
moved to New York City in the fall, and since that time has appeared
in multiple staged readings at the York Theatre and at the graduate
musical theatre writing program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.
This summer, Amy can't wait to get to know the theatrical side
of every awesome kid at camp! Process Over Product. |

Lindenauer attends Weston High School in Massachusetts and will be
heading into her senior year after this summer. Sarah is
a three-season athlete, participating in soccer, indoor track, and
lacrosse. Sarah enjoys many other activities as well and Camp Robin
Hood has allowed her to explore these other interests. This will be
Sarah's 7th summer in The Realm. "The bonds you form
with campers and counselors are unlike any other. I'm thrilled to
meet new campers and staff and also to be reunited with old ones!" |

Ashley is from Newcastle England and just finished studying travel and
tourism at Newcastle College. This is Ashley's first time to Camp
Robin Hood and she is looking forward to teaching Arts and Crafts.
Ashley is interested in traveling, music, art, fashion, going out with
friends, movies and eating out. "I'm really looking forward to meeting
new people and learning a lot more about American culture this

Cate is from Leeds, and just completed her final year at the
University of Birmingham (UK) studying International Studies with
Political Science. Come September Cate will be moving to Switzerland
to take up a teaching post which she is really excited about. This
spring, Cate worked part-time in the Student Development department
at her university, helping administrate and facilitate student
volunteering. Outside of school Cate is involved in CISV, and most
recently was Coordinator of the Annual Junior Training weekend in
Great Britain. Cate loves trampolining and yogalates, and is working
toward her Silver Medal in Latin Dance. In her spare time, Cate
enjoys playing the piano and clarinet, and watching movies. Cate is
looking forward to being in the Realm for her 3rd year. " I can't
think of a better way to spend the summer than in the sunshine, by
the lake, with the great people you meet at Camp Robin

Taylor is a rising sophomore at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky
where she will be a Residential Assistant in the fall. A native of
Atkinson, New Hampshire, she is looking forward to her first summer
in The Realm. Taylor first started attending overnight summer camps
at the age of eight and has been spending her summers attending or
working at camps ever since. She'll be down at the water front this
summer teaching swim lessons and life guarding, although, don't be
surprised to find her on occasion up on the fields juggling a soccer
ball! |

Cally was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved to England when
she was two years old. She will be majoring in an English Literature
Course at Bath Spa University when she returns home in September.
Cally spends most of her free time at the stables looking after her
horse. This will be Cally's 3rd summer at Camp Robin Hood. "I am
looking forward to another great summer looking after horses and

This summer will be Hannah's 3rd year teaching ceramics at Robin
Hood. She is from Bournemouth, a town in the South West of England,
and after camp she will be going to the University in Canterbury, Kent
to earn an honors degree in education. Pottery has always been a
favorite hobby of Hannah's and she recently spent 3 months in New
Zealand taking a course. Hannah shares, "I'm so excited to be heading
back to another year at camp and to see all the friends I made last
year. Also, I'm just itching to get back in to that ceramics studio!" |

Jack Steel lives in a small town called Yarm in the north east
part of England. In the fall, Jack will be attending the University
of Northumbria to study Applied Sport Science with Coaching.
AT home, Jack works as a football coach (a.k.a. soccer) for children
in a local primary school. In his spare time, Jack also enjoys
playing sports as well as watching them, his favorite team being
Middlesbrough. "I am looking forward to my time at Robin

just completed her junior year at the University of Northern
Colorado. Ali is majoring in Psychology and is a Resident Assistant
in the dorms. In her free time, Ali LOVES to sing and listen to

camp, rock climb and longboard. This is Ali's first summer
at Camp Robin Hood and she is so excited to be seeing New Hampshire for

This summer will be Cameron's second year teaching riflery at Robin Hood.
He is from Edinburgh in Scotland and has been coaching riflery for 10
years at competition level. Cameron enjoys playing ruby and watching
his local soccer team play. Between teaching riflery, Cameron loves
his Scottish skirt 'kilt' and jewelry making classes. |

Paul studies performing arts and dance at Liverpool where he has been
studying for three years. Paul enjoys dancing and has danced many
times in different competitions. Paul also enjoys horseback riding and
has been riding for eight years. As his parents have a horse yard,
Paul has spent many an hour mucking out stalls and just spending time
with their horses. "I think
this will be the best summer of my life!" |
