Getting to Camp Information
CAMP DATES

UPON ARRIVAL BY CAR
All campers must arrive to camp by car with a parent/guardian. As camp draws closer you will receive an email requesting you to choose a time to arrive at camp for drop-off along with detailed instructions. On opening day you will be greeted at the front gate by Woody and members of our infirmary staff. Once you have checked in at the gate you will be directed to a set of tents, where you will be greeted by your camper’s counselor, a member of the administration, and a member of the infirmary staff for check in. We will retrieve any hand baggage from your vehicle and ask your camper to step out after you have said your goodbyes. We ask that you wear a mask at all times and remain in the vehicle. Drop off will be from 9:45am till 5pm.
TRAVEL BY PLANE – Current Health and Safety Protocols will dictate travel restrictions and planning for 2021.
It is not yet possible to finalize the safest and best way to get our campers to camp. Dropping off by car is currently requested. We will look to finalize all of this in the spring or as soon as we possibly can.
TRAVEL BY BUS – Current Health and Safety Protocols will dictate travel restrictions and planning for 2021.
At this time there is no plan to have bus transportation TO or FROM camp. Campers must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or guardian.
In the summer of 2020 the State of New Hampshire allowed us to offer bus transportation FROM camp to New York and Connecticut. It is yet to be seen if we will be able to offer a bus service to or from camp in 2021. We will continue to communicate with the state and if we are able to offer this transportation to our families we will send out an email to notify you.
